1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA notice to our designated agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Content Removal Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
- Provide the content provider with a copy of the DMCA notice (excluding personal contact information)
- Advise the content provider that they may submit a counter-notification as described above
6. Restoration of Content
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Promptly provide the original complainant with a copy of the counter-notification
- Inform the original complainant that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days
- Replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that a court action has been filed to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our service
7. False Claims
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Similarly, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
8. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this DMCA policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to frequently review this page for any changes.
